About Us

The Community Art Hub (CAH) is an organization located in King George, Virginia, that supplies creative programs and services for rural families including art instruction, social-emotional learning programs and hosting community events.

Our mission is to promote creativity as a tool for individual success pathways, while emphasizing the importance of bridging opportunity gaps by way of community collaboration and unification and incorporating art as a key resource for improving mental health. Although this is a young organization founded in 2022, leadership of CAH have been active in providing services in the creative arts as a mode to personal development for years.

Since it’s founding, the Community Art Hub (CAH) has hosted dozens of free and low cost art classes for children, families and adults alike. Currently, we are hosting open art classes three nights a week where people of all shapes, sizes and income-levels can come and immerse themselves in an instructional art class and leave with a new creation, social-emotional skills and, most importantly, a sense of accomplishment, happiness and creativity. We have also been proud to be a spot for community events including birthday parties, and professional development activities.
